We list verified properties and facilitate direct reservations between guests and motel owners. We do not own, operate, or manage any of the listed accommodations. Our role is limited to providing a listing and booking interface.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian laws. Any misuse, including fraudulent bookings or harassment of property owners, may result in immediate termination of access.
All bookings are made directly with the motel owner. Prices displayed are set by the property and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. BookDirectMotels does not charge any commission or service fee to guests. Cancellation and refund policies are determined by each motel and are clearly stated on the listing page before you confirm a reservation.
BookDirectMotels acts solely as an intermediary. We are not liable for any disputes, damages, losses, or injuries arising from your stay at any listed property. This includes but is not limited to issues with room quality, amenities, safety, or cancellations by the property owner. Our total liability for any claim related to the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
All content on the BookDirectMotels website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Motel owners retain rights to their own photos and descriptions submitted for listing.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with any modification, you must stop using the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to class actions.
